Free Horse to Good Home!
“Slingshot” is a registered Quarter Horse, 17 years old, good disposition. My grandkids, ages 3 and 6, ride him in the round pen alone. I wish I could keep him for them. I put green riders on him all the time in the mountains. He would make an excellent horse for a kid beginner in gymkhana or Little Britches rodeo. He is the horse I started healing on and he kept me safe. He’d also make a good horse for a beginner rider. He has some arthritis, we gave him a series of 10 glucosamine shots with good results. I have lost everything I had to the flood, and the place where I’ve been keeping this horse says he has to go by Nov. 1. I hate like heck to part with him, but I have no choice.
