Mariah is gentle, easy to be around. Her family has struggled with the decision to sell her, but her young mistress is in college and does not have time for a horse. This is too nice a mare to be just hanging out eating, so they decided in all fairness to this horse, she needs to have a loving home with someone who would use and appreciate her.
Mariah is UTD on everything. She stands quietly for the farrier, loads, bathes and has no vices. She has never been injured and she is sound. No buck, no spook, rides out well on the trails. She has been exposed to cattle and shows interest.
She is priced to sell and her family is more interested in finding her the wonderful home that she deserves, than they are making a bunch of money on her. Breeding on this mare is Sonny Dee Bar on top and Zippo Pine Bar on the bottom.
