North TSA Alerts

Plan process: Open Space and Mountain Parks will return to the Open Space Board of Trustees (OSBT) on Wednesday, Feb. 10, to present recommended revisions to both Scenario A and Scenario B. These further revised scenarios will include suggestions OSBT members provided at their January study session. The latest version of the scenarios and the OSBT meeting packet will be available on Friday, Feb. 5.

OSBT members will be asked to approve changes to the scenarios and select the scenario to be used as a basis for the draft plan. The meeting will include a public hearing on this topic where community members can provide input.

Following the February board meeting, OSMP will prepare a draft North TSA Plan based on  the scenario selected by the board. Staff will again return to the OSBT in mid-March to ask the board to recommend to city council approval of a North TSA Plan. The public will be able to provide comment about the draft plan during the public comment period at the start of the March OSBT meeting.

OSMP anticipates presenting the North TSA Plan to the Boulder City Council in May.

North TSA Plan refined scenarios: OSMP has refined the four preliminary scenarios into two refined scenarios for the North TSA Plan. 1. Thanks so much for all the time and energy you’ve been putting into the Nicker. I just went back and re-read all the posts since the beginning — what a wide range of topics and opportunities to educate the horse community! I appreciate it.
